Hey All. We are down to one week until we leave for Kenya. This past week we were in Marion, IN at the WGM Headquarters for the VIA Orientation. It was a wonderful week! We so enjoyed getting to know all the other VIA and all the sessions that had been planned were wonderful. Not to mention they fed us very well. It was also nice to get to interact with all the WGM HQ staff. They are a wonderful group of people. We came away from the week feeling like we were prepared for our ministry and we are ready to go.
Funds update: We are now at 70% of our funds. Praise the Lord. However, we have just under a week to raise the other 30%. Please pray with us that all the funds will come in on time!
Also, please keep praying about the British Airways strike. We have heard that our flight will not be affected, but we also know that could change momentarily. So please join with us in prayer that BA would be able to work out the demands and get their flights operating on time.
